Meet Robert Harvey the General Manager of Vic & Anthony’s. With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Harvey has mastered the art of fine dining. His stunning career began with a waiter and bartending job that led to distinguished positions of Wine Director, Director of Operations and General Manager. With a sharp eye for details and a commitment to sophisticated service, Harvey raises the bar at Vic & Anthony’s.

Meet Katelynn Tejero, the Sales and Events Manager for Vic & Anthony’s. With over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Tejero brings a keen eye for detail and precise planning into every event. A proud University of Houston alumna, Tejero joined the Landry’s team in 2011.  She excels at building lasting client relationships while providing exceptional events.

Meet Zackary Mattson, the Wine Director of Vic and Anthony’s Steakhouse in Houston. Having worked for some of the top wine programs in the world, Zackary brings a deep passion for viticulture, hospitality, and exceptional service. He has curated a dynamic wine list that balances classic regions with emerging producers, always tailored to elevate the guest experience. His background includes advanced certifications and hands-on work with top vineyards. He thrives on educating teams and guests alike, making wine approachable, memorable, and exciting. Whether you are looking for a rare bottle or that perfect pairing, his goal is to tell a story through every glass.  

Meet Chef Manny Menchaca. Chef is from Laredo, TX, however he grew up all over Mexico. At a young age he was in the kitchen with his family cooking. Over the years he became very knowledgeable on all sorts of flavors, spices, meats, cooking techniques and experience. Chef Manny has brought everything he has learned to the to the kitchen at Vic & Anthony’s in Houston. He is always looking for the next innovated way to prepare food and create the best experience for Vic & Anthony’s guests.
